Dr. Paul Rougraff, MD

Initial visit was perfunctory. Eye irritation was diagnosed “dry eye”, but no specific designation. Eyedrop Rx caused allergic reaction and worsening irritation. Revisit prescribed doxycycline and non-generic ointment that cost $300…no alternatives. Office suggested double up on antibiotic . Dr Rougraff seemed disinterested, did not explain homecare, exited quickly. Office tech, Kim, very rude and condescending. Total lack of compassion, diagnosis, and assistance. One star was way too many!!

Dr. Rougraff performed cataract surgery on my left eye. Prior to the operation I could see my phone screen to read, I could read the dials on the microwave and washing machine and dryer. After the surgery I could not do those things. It never got better. His direct comment to me was,'Well, that didn't go quite as we planned.' Period . He has zero empathy, zero personality. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Extraordinary!! That describes the care and competence I experienced with Kim. Kim is the first person in decades of having my eyes examined that was able to get my eye pressure on the first try! I’ve always dreaded that part of the exam because it always took multiple attempts by others to capture the reading. Kim’s “light touch” was remarkable and she took my pressure accurately on the first try without me even knowing she had done it!!! If you’re like me in this regard ask for Kim, you’ll be thrilled with her knowledge and expert care!! Thank you so much Kim!!!!

Dr Rougraff is the best eye doctor. Thanks to him, I don't need to use readers and at my age, that's a miracle.

Dr. Rougraff would not spend more than a few minutes with the patient. Was surprised that the patient wanted to be able to read. Wasn't able to discuss treatment options with the family. Left the exam room as quickly as possible. Very poor bedside manner.

I visit Dr Rougraff ,is a very nice office I was so disappointed with my visit , when I called for the to make my appointment I called three times I cancel twice I was never told the ware not on network they said we take your insurance ,when I finish the told me is $70.00 I Y MY CO PAY is $50.00 that s when the said we are in network but you have to pay co pay of out of network , I called my insurance the ware wrong telling me that I will not go back I don't like people lying to me so check before you go

Had the procedure to raise drooping eyelids. Results were unsatisfactory, as one eyelid was significantly lower that other after procedure. Subsequently I had to explain to two different physicians that I had not suffered a stroke, but my eyelids were in this position based on the aforementioned procedure of Dr. Rougraff

Dr. Rougraff just finished cataract surgery on me. His results were beyond my expectations. He spent time with me explaining in much detail the procedure. And after the surgery he saw me multiple times to be assured that everything was OK. His staff at Naples Eye were extremely helpful following through on various tests. I would recommend Dr. Rougraff without hesitation.

Dr. Rougraff is highly recommended. I Had successful cataract surgery and the entire staff is extremely competent and caring.

Knowledgeable and caring staff, very good and clean facility, reasonable price, great experience doctor. I did a right eye cataract procedure with lens implant a few years ago with satisfactory results and return again on December 2016 for my left eye. My trust, confidence and satisfaction are incommensurable.
