I came in for tinnitus and vertigo. They gave me a hearing test, looked in my ears and said they didn't know what was wrong. No exercises, no referral, no prescription, no information and no clue. I left knowing exactly what I knew when I arrived. Said my ears were waxy. Didn't clean them, just said they were waxy. Put me in a chair, leaned me back and asked if I was dizzy. I said a little, yes. They said wait till I'm not dizzy to walk out and left! An absolute waste of time and money.

My family has been seeing Dr. Sherrerd for 15 years. We love him and the office staff. They always get us in for appointments, often the same day. The doc is accessible at most times. Always returns phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. We've recommended many friends to this office.

Dr. Sherrerd was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old son. He saw how huge my sons tonsils were and voiced his concern about how much he was choking because they were so big. He did the surgery a week later and even showed up at the hospital at 5 am when I was worried my son's throat was bleeding. He is a great doctor who i would trust with anyone in my family. Highly recommend him.

At my appointment Dr Sherrerd was very nice; however, he simply looked in my ears, nose, and mouth, just like my GP, and that was the extent of the appointment.
