Dr. Paul Vetter, MD

Dr Vetter has been my physician for over 20 years . It has always been a positive experience. He has been very pleasant and answered all of my questions and any concerns I may have. The office staff were also very pleasant. Pat P-2023

I have been going to Dr. Vetter for years, and I never had a problem! I had an issue the last time, and he called me back right away! He always has been friendly and respectful. I do trust him with my care!

Had a terrible experience. Called to request a prescription for lab work to be done, was told that the Dr required an in person visit to do this (they said tele health would not be an option). Had been to see the Dr. for a physical less than 6 months prior. Hired a babysitter, went to the appointment only to be handed a post-it note with a phone number scrawled on it and told that the Dr referred patients out in cases of my request… Really felt like a money grab for my copay and the insurance payment

Screwed up my billing/yearly pap and continued to refuse to fix the issues

Horrible experience - their pow is incorrect regarding Supplemental Screening - they typed Mandatory in 3rd bullet note of page you have to sign . This was my 1st appt - they advised I’d be seeing Dr Vetter this time , then one of the other 2 women the other times . I walked in literally to his office . He was trying to encourage me to get the genetic testing that would be OUt of POcket . Wait time to be seen was about an hour - other patients advised me when I asked that it’s always an hour or more . The receptionists are clueless , one is not friendly at all . I requested to have an ultrasound over my belly done since I had a miscarriage a few months ago and am nervous - he refused stating we probably won’t be able to detect anything right now - I mean they were so quick to take my copay and try to push uncovered test on members - but flat out refused to do an ultrasound over my belly ( which my nurse at work advised CAN Most Cerainly be done) . Be very careful of this place

My appointment was made for a specific purpose, which was not passed along to Doctor. He in return proceeded with a yearly exam. Apparently my reason for appointment wasn't passed along to Doctor. Say What $500. plus dollars for visit.

Found Dr .Vetter to be very thorough and professional. He is easy to talk to and addressed all of my concerns. Discovered a breast issue and recommend an excellent surgeon..... I highly recommend Dr. Vetter

This was my first time to Dr Vetter. I could not be more satisfied. He was pleasant when meeting him and very professional. Did not seem to have a chip on his shoulder either. Made me feel comfortable and i will definitely keep him for a Dr of mine.

This office, especially Dr Vetter in particular, are only out for your money. I have been frequenting this office for years but will never return again because I was billed, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE, for a one minute conversation going over things I already knew/common sense during my appointment/procedure. They will rob you by adding random BS charges. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR TO DR VETTER! THIS IS A BUSINESS AND DOCTOR THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!! ESPECIALLY LOYAL ONES!

It seems that other women like him, however, I did not trust him since the first appointment with him. I convinced myself to try another appointment with him and it confirmed that I do not trust him. There's seem to be no respect shown to me for whatever reason and certainly do not want to chance of having my babies delivered by him should he be on call at the time. I really like Pagano at the same practice. However, I will be looking elsewhere.
