Terrible! This Dr. was horrible. My visit was over 1 1/2 hours long. He came in to see me, then did not return to the room until an hour later. Insurance company was never billed (I had two vision insurance plans). I then received a bill a year and a half later. Nobody can assist when you call and now I find out he retired. Thank goodness because nobody should have to put up with this! I would submit zero stars but can't!

Went for a routine eye exam which is covered by my insurance. They code it as something else and refuse to change the code. Insurance refuses to pay now. I will not pay the bill and will never go there again.
