She's amazing. Has given my yearly's, and surgery, and I highly recommend her.

Where to start? My appointment time was set for 1:50 PM. I arrived 5 minutes early despite parking 9 floors up because parking is SO bad and getting worse every year! The front office staff who does check-ins-always unfriendly and they never smile -they are curt and move you along when you first arrive. I have just gone along with it because Dr. Bilica has always been great but at some point it becomes too much and today is that day. I would strongly recommend some customer service training for staff-be welcoming, if the doctor is running late, particularly if they will be over an hour late, let the patient know as a courtesy. In my case, I asked when I was going to be seen because I noticed everyone who came in after me had already been seen and were walking out while new patients were coming and being seen while I was sitting there. The next time the nurse came out and called out a name that wasn’t mine, I requested to cancel and stated I was not returning.

Dr. Bilica has awesome bedside manner and is interested in her patients lives!

Regular pap. Hate those things. Luckily this doctor doesn’t makes it too awkward. She’s quick and doesn’t waste time making uncomfortable small talk While holding me hostage.

Always a good experience when I visit Dr Bilica. She's a wonderful doctor and the staff is fantastic - they're friendly, efficient and keep things running like clockwork! I'm always in and out with minimal wait time and when I do wait, there's the bonus of a beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor.

Dr. Belica is just there to take your money. She does not care about her patients. If you go in for a concern and ask her a question, she’ll charge you a fee for asking a question then does nothing at all to solve your concern. DO NOT SEE HER!!

Amazing office and great staff. From the moment you walk in to check out everyone is always so friendly and always smiling. Very accommodating as well. Dr. Bilica has great bedside manners. She is kind, gentle and very attentive. I think hands down this OBGYN practice is the best in San Antonio.

I have been seeing Dr. Bilica for years now and I will continue to see her for as long as she is working. Since day one she has made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. She listened to me when I had concerns about my health— when other doctors brushed me off—and because of this we caught something very serious going on with my uterus. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.
