Answered all of our questions. Very thorough in treatment protocol, ordered all necessary tests and explained next steps for follow up care.

As with most professions, there are those who go the extra distance and those that don't. Dr. Paula Cinti is at the top of the first group. In my serious medical emergency, Dr. Cinti was thorough, communicative and went the extra distance by scheduling me within 30 minutes into emergency spinal surgery with a well-known Specialist. Would the outcome have been different had I had surgery elsewhere? I cannot say, of course. But the fact that Dr. Cinti didn't resort to a "good enough" referral and made a recommendation based on her personal knowledge and experience, speaks volumes. Now, I just have to find out what color roses she prefers in thanks to her and the teams at the Middlesex ER and St. Francis Hospital. I count myself blessed to have been wheeled in when she was on the job!

Thorough in exam and in explaining situation, test results, options, and follow-ups. Compared to decades of in-patient stays and ER visits, our 1 experience with Dr. Cinti was one of the few times in which we felt the doctor was fully and totally focused on the patient in the room, rather than (seemingly) rushing to catch a train. She made patient and family feel comfortable, was not aloof, and was easy to talk to and ask questions of. Were she a PCP, I would sign up as her patient!
