I cannot discourage you enough from wasting your time with this office! Her staff is rude and completely lacks empathy! I tried between November 2020 until today, February 2, 2021, to be seen as a patient. She denied to see me because she said she couldn’t help me with a problem I have had for 24 years, and has absolutely nothing to do with the problem I’ve had for the last year. The person I spoke with today read the notes out loud that mentioned she wouldn’t see without a referral, something that was never told to me and I could have easily attained! Please learn from my experience and do not waste your time!

Dr. Moore is a lovely person and has been such a help to me. She is caring and listens, answering every question and more. She remembers me from year to year, which makes a huge difference! I love her staff and actually enjoy going back to see people who feel now like old friends. I would send my child or friends to her without a moment’s hesitation!

I would leave a zero star if possible. The most incompetent, rude staff that I've ever encountered. And the doctor is not that smart either. Do yourself a favor and find another dictor. They have managed to reach a new level of incompetence!

I have been going to the Dysautonomia MVP center for 5+ years and they have helped me so much. My favorite feature is the medical app they use to communicate with patients outside of appointments! Dr Moore will get back to me in less than 2 business days via the app when I am ill which helps because I live far away! They are the only Dysautonomia center in bham

I saw Dr. Paula Moore and her staff on March 9, 2017, for an Echo, Stress Test and Tilt Table Test. Everyone there is so nice, personable and they make you feel at ease - even when you have an unexpected event to occur and are afraid and unsure. I felt very comfortable and secure. Dr. Moore is extremely personable and kind. She spent time with me reviewing my situation and symptoms and made me feel at ease and confident with the course of action. The entire staff get 5 stars from me.

I've been to many doctors before I found Mrs Moore. She is VERY kind and answers all questions and goes above and beyond any doctor I've ever been to . I couldn't fight this illness without her.
