Everyone at the eye care center was courteous and welcoming. The team took several eyeball pics and ran tests so the doc would have the facts before seeing me. Doc Pecen was highly prepared and explained what was going on in layman terms and reassured me about issues.

Dr. Pecen diagnosed my condition retinal vein occlusion during my initial visit. After a six-month follow-up, she realized that swelling had increased in my left eye. She chose to begin injections right away. She explained the procedure and what might happen if I chose not to begin treatments.

Dr. Pecan fixed a hole in my retina. Surgery was great, easy, didn't even know she was operating. Already getting vision back. Her office is poor communication. Called in a prescription, didn't tell me - had the pharmacy not reached out, I would not have known. Wait time 1.5 hours before visit.

The doctor is in a high pressure / fast paced job, but handles it well.

I am being treated for an on-going serious eye condition. The treatment and counsel I've received from Dr. Pecen have been outstanding. She is thorough in her explanations regarding the treatments, takes time to ensure that I am informed, and answers any questions I may have.

Dr. Pecen is a great example of how doctors should treat people, she makes me laugh at my appointments and she eases my nerves because of her attitude and professionalism.

Dr. Pecan is an awesome doctor. She has such a calming personality. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and can explain things so I could understand. When I was told I would have to have shots in my eye I could feel my blood pressure start going up. All I had ever heard was how much this type of procedure hurts. She came in, explained everything she would be doing and promised me it wouldn't hurt, just a little pressure. After having had several monthly injections, she has never hurt me. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pecan!!

The staff was very helpful. Dr. Pecen was very thorough in my eye examination. She also has a comforting manner about her.

Everyone is ice there, I would like to bring one thing to management attention that entrance door is not automatic nor it’s handicap accessible plz fix that. It’s very hard to push a person in wheel chair and hold the door at the same time.
