Wonderful Compassionate Doctor
Telehealth
Dr. Kitcher has been an amazing provider for me. She listens to my needs and has been proactive with my care, which I have appreciated so much. Last year I went through a very hard time with my mental health and ended up taking short term disability leave from work. Dr. Kitcher was attentive, understanding, and willing to help in any way she could. She filled out the paperwork in a timely manner so I could continue receiving pay while not working. It made it so I was able to focus on getting better and not have to worry about being the go-between between my doctor and insurance. She has been so helpful. I can't recommend her enough.

Excellent doctor
It is very difficult to find a good psychiatrist, but Dr Kitcher is one of the best I have known. I am so grateful we found her to help our autistic daughter who also has adhd. Her insights are wise and come from a place of compassion, love and genuine caring. Her advice is absolutely the best thing in the long run, even if it feels uncomfortable to do the work now. She is the best guide we could have for navigating our complex situation. Her bedside manner: our daughter feels genuinely seen and loved by Dr Kitcher. This doctor is a gift.

Horrible, traumatic, experience
My child and I both had a terrible experience with Dr. Kitcher. We, unfortunately, sat through two visits, one telehealth and one in person. During each visit she brought my child to tears, belittled them, and told them they needed to work on self esteem issues. More harm was done for my child when we were expecting some sort of help, feedback, guidance - none of that was touched on, just constant criticism. Very disappointed and appalled by these interactions. We will be seeking help elsewhere.

A disgrace to the medical profession
Telehealth
Reprehensible. She is rude, disrespectful and has no tact or bedside manner. She mocked my daughter, argued with her and preached all about how awesome and smart she is. We filed a formal complaint against her she was so bad.

Horrrible rude and disrispectful doctor. No bedside meanner, very belittling throws her credentials in your face. She tells you how you are feeling not you tell her how you are feeling. Nevet knew MD's were psychics.

There are people in this life that you never forget and that's Dr. Kitcher. When I talk about my life, I talk about it before her and after her. My quality of life has never been higher!!

Dr. Kitcher was the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I felt like she really heard me and when she spoke, she talked to me like a mother. The process was seamless and I am very grateful for the time she spent with me and the decisions she made.
