Super rude and unprofessional and should not work as a doctor. Hung up the phone without providing any valuable advice, but still charged us the copay.

We had a great online visit. He did a thorough evaluation and listened and we were able to get the meds needed quickly.

Wow! My experience was completely other than these reviews. I was out of town and contracted a terrible case of Shingles. I was unable to reach my provider. Dr Polehna was extremely helpful through my insurance provider’s telemedicine app. Dr. Polehna was attentive, informative, treated me respectfully, and provided me with extremely helpful medical care I had more of a communication exchange than I typically receive from my own provider. I was grateful for his care. I found myself on this review site, because I actually need follow up treatment.

Horrible. He did not listen to any of my concerns and then brushed off my symptoms as nothing. Did not listen and was very condescending. Not personable and felt like he honestly didn’t care about my well being.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. I have never had a more horrible experience with a doctor in my life. My telehealth appointment was 7 min. (not exactly interested in how I was doing), not once did he look up at me or even say hello. During that time, he was condescending and chastising.

This guy thinks he God. Definitely a narcists. Rude to women. Thinks he knows everything.... and doesn't. Run. Don't walk.

So true about him being patronizing. “Just like you can only twist one ankle” - in response to me saying how can my eye symptoms be allergic if only one eye has them (update: it’s pink eye! Just like I thought! I wish I could show him all the yellow crusted discharge I woke up with)

Worst doctor ever. Demanded a negative pregnancy test to prescribe birth control. Should not be practicing.

Patronizing and unhelpful. not a nice doctor to discuss medical issues with. doesn't seem to know much nor care or have any empathy towards patients. rude and patronizing to women.
