She is very nice doctor and take the time with me.

Dr.Kagan listened and asked the right questions. I am very thrilled to have such a caring doctor.

She listens well and really seems to care, I would recommend her to anyone, I am sure they too will be very happy with her service and attention to detail.

She is engaged and interested in her patients. She has helped me quite often in a short period. She makes you feel like you’re a participant in your health care goals.

I have to say she is an amazing doctor she listens to what you have to say very compassionate to her patience I hit the jackpot with this wonderful amazing doctor. She’s on top of things quickly if there’s anything wrong she gets things done she makes me feel better about things I’m not nervous at all with her she’s so calm and kind she loves her patients you can tell her office staff are very nice and helpful the office is so clean you can tell that she knows her job very well she’s a amazing doctor and I am very, very lucky to have found her and I also have my husband who see her and he also feels the same he really likes her and how quickly she gets things done for her patients .she is the best doctor I have ever had honestly.and so grateful that we have a doctor like her..Wanda Beamer Richard Beamer

Dr Penny Kagan is great just like her Dad , she is up to date with all new medications and listens to concerns and follows through , she has reached out to me 2x after hours to return a call regarding a question I had ! She is just great and runs on time !

I took my 93 year old mother to see Dr Kagan as a new patient. She was very nervous at first but Dr Kagan instantly put her at ease, listening attentively to her concerns and asking questions to get to know her better. My mother was very pleased with her entire experience at Dr Kagan’s office.Just walking in, you can feel the vibe is different here. The care I received from Dr.Penelope Kagan was beyond exceptional. When arriving to the office I was greeted happily by the receptionist and called in to the exam room within ten minutes. Dr.Kagan listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that produced positive results that I’ve been trying to achieve for years through many doctors. The staff at the office was very professional and attentive expressing concern to my needs which made me feel comfortable and welcomed at my visit. After leaving a message for Dr.Kagan for a prescription I had received notification from my pharmacy within two hours that my prescription had been received! Dr. Penelope kagan is very compassionate and efficient I recommend her to everyone !

Dr Penny is the best doctor I have found since having to leave my pediatric office. She listens to every concern that I have and makes sure I understand her explanations. Dr P Kagan’s office staff is attentive and always refills my medication on time without any issues. I would recommend her to anyone that is in need of a new pcp!
