Dr. Penny Peacock, MD

Excellent caring physician.

Dr. Peacock cares. She spent extra time with me in order to understand my needs. She’s very knowledgeable.

Doctor Peacock is not only and amazing Caregiver she is a wonderful person. She is incredibly knowledgeable but also open to the patient's impute about treatment. She takes the time to listen and help you find the answers. I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Peacock spends time with you and answers all your questions. She is the only doctor I've ever been to that's done that. She definitely goes the extra mile to look into every issue and question you have and follows through.

I was blessed and I mean BLESSED to have Dr. Peacock as my family doctor for 12 years. We had to switch to a different provider after our insurance changed. We drove from South Jordan to Park city every 3 months for me to be seen for chronic pain and several other conditions. As a new mom with a jaundiced baby and struggling with my milk production Dr. Peacock took every phone call in the middle of the night, figured out what I was saying between sobs, and without me knowing watched me for and diagnosed me with postpartum depression. When it was time for immunization, I was nervous for my baby. She listened and educated myself and my husband let us make the final decision.As my back and other pain progressed, she listened, and worked with my insurance company to be sure that I was getting what I needed not what the computer told them I could have. That baby is now 16 almost 17. And when I think back to those early days of being a mom. I think of the angel I was sent. Penny Peacock MD.

I would NOT. This doctor may seem kind when you meet with her which is probably why she is still in business, but it is only to your face. I have waited 1.5 hours to get a printout of my kids vaccinations, only to be told a report was not available. This was a month AFTER the vaccinations. I repeatedly have had to wait 40-50 minutes after my time to be seen. The same is true with Telemedicine. I have never gotten in in under 30 minutes. Today I was called in the am to come in between 4:50 and 5:10pm. I took 1.5 hours OFF at work to get in and when I arrived at 5, I was told I had to reschedule because I was 20 minutes late. What?!! I have also been scheduled and told the wrong office location and not seen. It's very difficult to get though any of the staff and get any of your records. Terrible service. Terrible staff. And better never try to get your records.

Love Penny; hate the new SLC office location AND the staff. They are witches. Wish Penny had other more caring professionals around her so that we could return.

Dr Peacock is an excellent physician! I would rate her a 5 out of 5. She’s pleasant to see. She cares about her patients. She doesn’t just mask problems, she finds the source. She’s reliable and very trustworthy. I highly recommend her and am so happy to have her looking out for me. She also is great at communicating and talking to me at a level that I understand. Great staff as well. Especially Joan Cunningham and Nick.
