Dr. Bechtel listened to every question and concern we had and made sure we understood his answers. Best bedside manner a patient could hope for!!

Doc Peter Becthel destroyed my life and I don’t know why he would do me like this. Was it because I’m black or the money because I seen him one week I was in surgery the next week. Yall be careful I don’t wish this on anybody. I’m gonna do everything I can to get him to pay for what he’s done to my life

I had laposcopic hernia surgery & kept telling him I couldn’t breathe. I finally went to another doctor. He sent me immediately to a specialist. I had to have lung surgery. So beware of this doctor!!!

Dr. Bechtel was the absolute best! Very professional, excellent bed side manners and made me very comfortable. Never once felt rushed or like my questions weren't important. He is one of the few I've experienced that seemed to care about his patients! My surgery was yesterday and I am feeling pretty good! Common gallbladder surgery, but also repaired a hernia he found while in there. His work was very neat as well! So glad I decided on him and I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him for similar things in future if needed! 5 out 5 stars hands down!! Staff was amazing too!!

He had been amazing! Every question I have had he has ansered, explained things before and after my surgery. I would let him operate on me and my family any day!

He treated me with the utmost respect. He was very friendly and down to earth. He and his staff are excellent.

Dr. Bechtel has such an amazing bedside manner. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable surgeon. I needed my gallbladder removed and he explained everything that I felt so comfortable undergoing my first surgery.

Very good doctor, left no questions unanswered and if I needed surgery again id request Dr Bechtel be my dr.

Did routine colonoscopy, said had in-growing polyp, suggests 8 inches of intestines removed. 2nd opinion, 2nd Dr, no polyp, do again in 1 yr. 3rd colonoscopy, no polyp. I believe in prayer but he would have removed good intestine at a great expense and recovery to me for no reason except to improve his pocketbook. Do Not Use.

Stay far away! He is arrogant and really caused harm to my daughter. He butchered her abdomen then told her she was lazy and it was all in her head when she told him something was wrong. Turns out she had bleeding in her belly that he caused Her hemoglobin to drop from 13 to 6 causing her to need a blood transfusion. He never apologized.
