Not a Caring Fellow
He, or his staff, inadvertently prescribed TWO colonoscopy preparations for an upcoming colonoscopy. When I asked to speak to him to discuss how this could have happened, the staff said that he WOULD NOT COME TO THE PHONE as he did not think it necessary. The hubris of this person is testament to what you can expect from him.

Dr. Caride is a joy. Truly a very nice doctor, knowledgeable, respectful, and dedicates the time to sit with you and get to the root of the issue. His STAFF, however, are nightmarish women. They do not listen, they are rude, they continually put you on hold to pass the buck to another receptionist, and none of them have the patience or kindness required for the line of work that they do. It’s a shame that such a great doctor is surrounded by such incompetent and abhorrently ill-mannered staff.
