Dr. Peter Czuleger, MD

Dr. Czuleger is one of the kindnest, most empathetic, and caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Several years ago he treated me when I went to Mission Urgent Care, and I remember thinking what a kind and caring man he was! Then, recently, I took my father to Urgent Care because he tested positive for Covid after being so sick for a week. We were so fortunate to meet with Dr. Czuleger in Urgent Care. He was so kind and compassionate and took the time to listen to my dad's symptoms with Covid along with another medical issue my dad was having. Dr. Czuleger prescribed medicine to help ease the symptoms of Covid, and he also provided my with information to help my dad with his other medical concern. My dad and I both left Urgent Care feeling very grateful that he was treated by Dr. Czuleger. Thank you so very much!

I almost paid this bill but looked at the Detailed Account Activity and I found this was either a BIG MISTAKE or JUST A SCAM. Feb 28, 2022 - I received a bill for Office Outpatient with adjustments for BLUE CROSS which is NOT even my insurance company??? I called their Billing Department and I was on hold for 1 HOUR... I visited the Mission Heritage Mission Viejo - Urgent Care on January 2, 2022 because I tested positive with CoVID-19 with a home test kit on Jan 1, 2022. The front desk turned me away because there was supposedly nothing they could do. They could not even confirm with a PCR test on me because of the shortage of PCR test kits. I never saw a nurse nor a doctor. I never even got beyond the front desk - and they are billing insurance and people like me??? My wife, my two sons, and a friend were with me - as WITNESSES. They were seen by medical staff because they did not do any test for CoVID but had exposure because of me.

Dr. Peter Czuleger is EXCEPTIONAL at every level providing utmost attention to detail when listening, impeccable bedside manner and proactive follow up. Beyond five stars in thoughtful patient care to two family members. His friendly calming demeanor & years of experience offers great confidence after your visit. A wonderful facility with lovely Nurse Gabby who greets you upon arrival.

I saw Dr, Czuleger when I came down with a respiratory ailment that tuned out to be Influenza A, even though I had had the strong dose flu vaccine for those over 65. I was ready to be admitted to the hospital but Dr, Czuleger convinced me that that was not necessary, that I was not that badly off, that a new Japanese anti-viral was doing wonders, and that with a little luck I might return to classes in OHIO soon. All that was true, and I can say that Dr, Czuleger's advice, experience, empathy, and professionalism were just what this patient needed. To have such a doctor at an urgent care clinic is amazing. I wish other doctors could come closer to what Dr, Czuleger brings to the practice of medicine. He is an amazing doctor. Thanks you so much, doctor, Michael B. Loughlin, ONU
