Terrible customer service
I was referred by my PCP. The PA assessed me during my visit, prescribed me ONE DOSE of medication to treat my issue, and when I called to say the medication had not worked Iwas told, "that's it. He will not prescribe you any more." Therefore, my problem was not solved, nor was it even a concern to the people at this office.

Dr. Demos is fine as a dermatologist but the office is a disaster. The other people working there are absolutely useless and there is always a terribly long wait. Only office anywhere that has a permanent sign attached to the wall saying sorry for the long wait today but the doctor is very busy

Dr. Demos has treated several people in my family. His knowledge is spot-on and he's cured my daughters acne with expertise. The treatment, however, he gave to my grandson was life-changing! My grandson had a rash that came quickly and worsened when he was given other meds from his PCP. I walked into Dr.Demo's office without an appointment and was quickly walked to the back hallway. He came from a patients room, saw my grandson's face, and gave him care right there in the hallway!! Sent him for labs, ect. My grandson's rash (which had bubbled and looked awful was on his FACE,... he was about to begin school ) has since minimized because of Dr. Demo's care! His office staff, including his nurse wife, is kind, and very caring! Thank you all for you concern and care!

Initially I had not the best visit but my 2 subsequent visits have been excellent. This time there was a wait but not overly long. I was seen to talk about my concerns, given a gown by his assistant who was friendly and helpful. When Dr Demos came in he was professional, friendly and thorough. He explained exactly the issues I had. Checked the prior site that had been an issue. Treated me quickly, explaining what to expect and following it up with printed literature. i left feeling confident.

Dr. Demos is not a talkative doctor but he is extremely smart and up to date on all the new treatments and meds. I like him because I come to the doctor to get better not to make a friend.

This needs to be said. I made an appointment because I was worried about a couple moles. As I sat in the waiting room I began reading the poor reviews of this doctor. I want to tell you that I had a wonderful experience. He listened to my concerns, evaluated my problem areas, reassured me, gave me information to take home, and answered all my questions. He may not be smiley and chatty but what matters is being a knowledgeable doctor and I do believe he is. I felt comfortable and will return

Dr. Demos was extremely rude. We are an elderly couple so I went with my husband. Dr. did not look at or respond to me when I said hi after he shook hands with my husband. Dr. rushed and talk more to recorder than us. When my husband asked a follow-up question, Dr. responded rudely, "I already told you!" When I asked a question he ignored me and when I asked again he said he did not hear me. He walked out in the middle of my husband asking a question. I left shaking with anger! Do not go to him!

Was there to have my son's skin condition looked at, he's 3. Office staff assured me they dealt with a lot of pediatrics, waiting room was packed, all elderly (just stating my observation). Dr. Demos referred to my son multiple times as kid, as in come here kid, did a skin exam with my son's underwear and pants on (and was so rough with him my son toppled over on the exam table), very poor bedside manner. Lousy visit in general; from the old office building to the doctor himself.

Dirty waiting room & patient rooms Office staff unfriendly, seemed like it would hurt them to smile. Doctor is aloof. Cant stay focused. Wont look at you in the face. Speaks into his recorder longer than he speaks with the patient. Was rough with my elderly grandmother. After expressing my experience to friends and family, similar experiences happened with them. I would advise another dermatologist.

STAY AWAY!!! He didn't wash his hands! Also, a full body exam cannot be done with clothing on! Also, he told me to lose 50-60 lbs. knowing I'm totally disabled by chronic illness, severe insomnia, severe chronic fatigue and pain, migraine, and that I'm totally incapacitated 99% of the time! He interrupted me every time I spoke and failed to listen! I told him I can't exercise, so he told me to take in less calories. I told him I do, but he again told me to lose weight!
