It's a No for me. Bad bedside manner
The initial appointment with this doctor was good but he has an attitude. I had a follow up question that I posted on MyChart and he told me that he didn't have time for me. I promptly cancelled all upcoming appointments. We are told we should use but he doesn't want to use it. Well I hate to tell him but this is 2024 and he needs to get with the program. I am a retired Educator and I had to use the portal and email system for my professional work too. If I had ever told a student that I didn't have time for them, I would have been fired on the spot. That attitude does not fly in 2024 and nobody should have to deal with that. I suppose he wants a big check just for an email followup question. To be told that they don't have time for you, is unprofessional and lazy. It's ok though, there are plenty of doctors who will be happy to see patients. I am really sad this is the way this doctor did me. I wanted to have a good experience. I appreciate the nurses, they were great.

Dr. Peter Donnan’s review from the negative nellie
As I wrote to the hospital, I want everyone that reads these comments to understand that Peter Donnan is the most competent and technically savvy doctor I have ever known. He has diagnosed several things for myself and especially my many real needs wife. He has always given us the time, and the explanations necessary to understand what, he recommends. I would trust him with my family and friends without any hesitation. The staff and his nurses and the lab are all courteous, competent, helpful and a very pleasing staff that I have ever known. I’m a senior citizen with several issues, including pre-diabetic, which I am trying to avoid. And they will do anything and everything to help me and my wife. I would give 10 stars if they were available to Dr. Peter Donnan. I give thanks for him in his care and competency and his practice. They are all God sent!!
