I would rate him lower if possible. He completely misdiagnosed my wife saying she had bells palsy when she was having a stroke. He was very flippant and said he was 99.95% sure it was not a stroke. He ran no tests he just looked at her and had her squeeze his hands. He was in the room less than 10 minutes total
