Let me start by saying I never do reviews good or bad. My father needed all of his teeth removed and we started looking for options. He was dead set against dentures. We had a few consults with another oral surgeon and an Teeth in a Day center that I saw a commercial for. After two not so amazing experiences I turned to a Facebook group for Chester County and there was an overwhelming response for Dr Famiglio. Well lets just say this experience has been just so pleasant from the front staff, to the billing woman to the Doctor. Im hoping by writing this if you have a parent that needs an All on 4 your see Dr. Famiglio.

Love this practice!!! Everyone was kind to this nervous patient. I had extractions and implants completed by Dr. Famiglio and it went so smoothly. No discomfort during the procedure and the quality of the work was excellent. Dr Famiglio and staff were knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Wisdom tooth extraction went very wrong. Daughter was in extreme pain and we went back multiple times to get help but they didn’t do anything to fix the issue. Eventually had to go to another surgeon who found an exposed nerve and a bone fragment left in her jaw. The other surgeon fixed the issue and the pain disappeared. We had to pay $1200 to get the issue fixed and then Famiglio’s office sends us bills for their “services”. Called and emailed multiple times and no one bothered to respond. There are much better options out there. Don’t take a chance on this one.

We had a great experience with this practice. I had implants placed and my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. She was very anxious. The staff was kind to her and she was happy to say she was worried about nothing. In my opinion this office is extremely clean and staff is great.

Dr. Chun was excellent!! Knowledgeable, professional, and somehow managed to get my tooth out ! The surgical nurse was also wonderful, knew exactly what needed to be done. Also great office staff, and follow up care. I highly recommend this practice.

Went to Brandywine Oral Surgery and Dr Famiglio to have a temporary anchorage device (TAD) installed as part of my orthodontia treatment. While Dr Famiglio & his assistant Victoria were positive to work with, the overall experience with this practice was horrible. The device installed began to come loose within 2 weeks of installation and caused significant pain. They would ask you to come to the office, but then would tell you everything would be fine and to give it time. Within a week, it fell out, and thankfully I didnt swallow it. Overall the staff there is unprofessional, unempathetic, and unqualified to provide support to people having complications. I followed up about this situation for months with their staff afterwards (via Laura the office manager), who refused to do anything other than fire the person who was rude. She failed to return any calls, even though claims she did, and eventually hung up on me because she didnt want to deal with the situation. Unacceptable!

Dr Chun was patient, humorous, and explained everything beforehand. A very nice demeanor to go along with her very good skills. I recommend her highly and without hesitation.

Dr. Chun was fantastic! She has a warm, wonderful personality and most importantly her technical expertise was excellent. I have had oral surgery in the past, i am 75 years old, and I remember the horrible pain getting the injection of the novacaine, or whatever it was. Dr. Chun's medical technique resulted in very little pain! I will definitely recommend her highly and use her again, if needed.

Amazing bedside manner. Incredible providers and support staff. Every single person I've encountered at this office has been friendly and kind, and gone above and beyond. Any one of them individually would be worth logging in to leave a five-star review, making it extraordinary that everyone associated with that office is so great. They must be doing something right because everyone working there seems relaxed and happy. I went in about a month ago for a consult, and earlier today for oral surgery. I saw the same providers (surgeon, and who I'm assuming was an EFDA) both times. I am more anxious than the average bear when it comes to dental work and/or anticipated pain, so I thoroughly appreciated the feeling of security I got by seeing the same familiar faces when I went back in for my procedure. I wouldn't willingly go anywhere else, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of oral surgery.

Dr Famiglio was awesome!! We had been to a different oral surgeon at a different practice prior to this visit, and it was terrible. My son (7 yrs old) and I were both traumatized from it. When we were told he needed to have more teeth pulled, I found Dr. Famiglio and I am so thankful I did. He and his team were the nicest. Dr. Famiglio promised my son this experience would be so much better and that was true across the board. I would highly recommend him for any pediatric oral surgeries. We won’t go anywhere else.

A knowledgeable doctor with an amazing bedside manner. Takes the time to explain everything and follows up with patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Famiglio was determined to provide the best possible outcome to me on two occasions which both presented their own set of challenges. He is a true professional and he really cares about his patients. He's the real deal.

Dr Famiglio is the best! After two bone grafts I got the Zirconium Implants and the procedure went excellent. I had no pain at all. Dr Famiglio was very precise and quick, Brenda always his right hand very professional and patient. Office staff is very nice and polite. I’m very happy with everything and I can faithfully recommend them to everyone. Thank you Dr Famiglio and Staff!

Dr. Famiglio had to cancel 3 days before the appointment. Then a few weeks later I received a bill for the consultation. Yes, he did the consultation, but it was meaningless since he was unable to do the procedure. I thought surely he would recall what happened and drop the charge – however this did not happen. I’m sure my case was the exception, but there’s something to say for doing the right thing – and I believe he and his office fell short here.

My experience with Dr Famiglio and his staff was nothing short of amazing. I would have to say his team went out of their way to make sure that before, during and after my surgery I was comfortable and if I had any questions they were answered. I would highly recommend this office to my family. Thank you Dr. F for everything!( I was petrified going into this)

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Famiglio from our original consultation appointment to my final two week check up after surgery. As an individual who struggles with extreme anxiety (which is usually the case for many others when it comes to dentist appointments) I was hesitant to begin this process. Dr. Famiglio and his team were fantastic in guiding me through this process. I even had some issues (which turned out to be not big deal) and they were resolved immediately. Two thumbs way up.

Dr. Famiglio and staff were extremely caring, pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled and understanding during and after my visit. This staff as a whole is truly the elite of the oral surgery world. It's refreshing to encounter a Doctor with such an inviting bedside manner. The office is immaculate and as far as cleanliness I'd say 10 out of 10. I must add the receptionist were very accommodating when scheduling my appointments.
