Dedicated physician
He is a very thorough doctor, listens well and never hesitates to refer to a specialist when necessary . He has always responded to requests for telephone calls. He has treated me through some life threatening illnesses with care,compassion and spared no effort in saving my life. He is a gentle, soft-spoken man of few words, but humane and very competent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Peter A. Hoenig for 26 years. I have found him to be extraordinarily observant, diligent, and articulate in gathering information, developing a diagnosis, and composing practical treatment plans. I have presented with routine illnesses and a few unusual conditions, particularly after traveling and at other times. Throughout, I have received conscientious and excellent care. His practice is well run and attracts good staff. I have always been able to reach him when needed. I feel fortunate to have met Peter and recommend him unconditionally.

He has been my PCP for over 15 years. He does a thorough exam, takes time to listen carefully and asks good questions. Good diagnosticion and great bedside manner.

Minimalist mentality and methods. If your looking for a pcp that won't help you explore options without blinding, tangible symptoms for ailments this is your guy. The support staff at his practice is also of questionable reliability and accuracy. Additionally, you will never talk to Dr. Hoenig directly on the phone, he only utilizes proxy responses through his staff to communicate answers.
