My regular doc retired. Was very nervous about finding new one. Dr. Monheit was amazing!

Missed my appointment due to medical issues. I called right away and was told I would be sent a bill for $80 for the missed appointment which I would have to pay to come back. First off, I was never informed of a cancellation fee. Second, It's illegal to send me the bill as I'm on medicaid and all bills should be sent to them except for co-pays.

The atmosphere feels right. The ladies, and nurses are kind, and speak to you as if theyve known you. It makes you feel welcomed. It was my first time there, and I felt really comfortable. Dr Monheit has a warm personality, and is very respectful. I also had a student doctor, and he seemed concerned for my ailement, and definetly treated me as a person. My nurse was funny, and kind. The atmosphere is quaint, and relaxing.

Horrible and rude office staff. Waited three and a half months to see the doctor becuase I have two holes in my heart and have had four massive strokes (all confirmed). Day before office called and reschuled because doctor was sick. Went in on my reschedule date and was turned away because THEY forgot to write me in the book. Reschule was another three months. When I asked Taneka why so long since this was their error, her response was "If you don't like it, go find another doctor".. Best advice

The staff is completely rude, Susan has the worst attitude in the office and over the phone. Doctors don't ask many questions, don't follow up. They don't want to help with your issue just get you in and out of the office. No manners, no appointments available ever, dirty office, not organized and small. Never going back. Just switched doctors.

The receptionist are horrible and very rude. If the care that is given is anything like the customer service I would run from this place! I wouldn't even take my pet rat to this doctors office based solely upon how rude the staff is. I wish I could give a negative star!

Office staff is terribly rude. I have never encountered an office manager with such a reckless disregard for patients. I suspect she gets away with this because she's married to one doctor and the mother of another. Very disappointed. Dr. Monheit is great, but sadly you have to get to him through the front office.
