Dr. Rees was my family Doctor for over 15 years. He was there for the births of my four children and was excellent in his support, advice and medical treatment. Then he moved. I’ve never been able to find a family Doctor as good as him.

Not competent as a doctor in my opinion!
Totally misdiagnosed my condition because he ordered the wrong test and did not realize it until I did the research and told him. He told me I had a disease even though I had been vaccinated for it years before. He said I would have to be on drugs that would make me very sick. He had actually ordered the wrong test, an antibody test instead of an antigen test that showed that I was actually immune from getting the disease and he misread the test thinking it meant I had the disease. I had to tell him he was wrong and I should get another test taken. He had to study it to make sure I was right and then said something like these things happen. Needless to say the second test, like the first, showed that I had immunity and he was totally wrong. This is only one of many things I could say. Do yourself a favor, and if he is your only option, go see a vet. Your chances will be better.

My mother was diagnosed with ALS and Doctor Reese was explaining to her why it was best she not take her blood pressure medicine anymore, he explained “What’s the worst that could happen, you die of a heart attack?!”. It wasn’t until she broke down crying weeks later that we could get it out of her what he had said. He never did really explain why he was taking her off her heart medications, and after he said that she was too shocked to ask. She spent the rest of her time nervous about her heart. Dr. Reese was callous and uninformative. And because of that he added to my Mom’s anxiety and fear at the end of her life. I can’t recommend this doctor to anyone. I myself saw Dr. Reese as a teenager and all of my medical records were lost when his office moved across the street in ‘08.

Dr Rees was my Doctor in Canada before he went to the US. I miss him a great deal, my son whom he helped deliver is going to be 32 soon. He was amazing, caring and straight to the point (which some people don't like.) I'd love to be in touch with him again even if it's just to say hi.
