I’ve had 2 visits for pilonidal cysts. Both removed surgically and was successful. Will say that this was very painful but Dr was really good and made sure that my skin was healing properly. I recommend getting surgery since mine came back a few times and they really hurt. He told me that getting a third one would be highly unlikely (very rare). Him and his staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable. So glad I don’t have to really worry about this anymore.

I was very happy with Dr. Romeyn. Dr. Romeyn and his staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Middlesex Hospital, where I have had several procedures, is always a comfortable and clean facility where the nurses are top notch. I have several issues that require care, and Dr. Romeyn was just another pleasant part of a very good medical system here in Mid Ct.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR!Went 2 ED 4 abdominal pain.Per CT scan I had 5cm ovarian cyst.He opened me up,didn’t fix it & when I woke up he told me I had an inoperable tumor, lymphoma, staples down my torso.Became suspicious when @ post op he said the mass would disappear in 2 months but did not need a CT scan 2 verify.Went 2 get 2nd & 3rd opinions and there was no tumor.Had surgery 6 months later 2 fix ovarian cyst. Then had surgery 4 years later because my ab muscles split 5 inches apart.hes a butcher

Dr. Romeyn explained everything thoroughly during my consultation and the resulting surgery went without incident. The level of care provided me was of the highest quality and the follow-up examination was efficient and professionally conducted. I feel that Dr. Romeyn is a top-notch surgeon and his expertise was demonstrable. He put me at ease prior to my surgery and his follow-up care was of equally high quality. I absolutely recommend Dr. Romeyn to anyone needing his services.
