He restores your faith in the medical industry.
He is genuinely interested in the welfare of his patients. He LISTENS and takes notes. He is compassionate and empathetic. I’ve never had a doctor take the time to communicate with you and genuinely try to understand your medical issues. I cannot recommend this man enough. Although being in the hospital is not what I wanted, meeting and dealing with Dr. Saikali makes me feel blessed. I had so much confidence in him and he came through like the shining star he is. I hope he never changes!

Engaged with him in the Portsmouth Hospital. Very personable, polite but direct, which I like. He tries to look at the WHOLE picture and not just what you went to him about.

Dr Saikali demonstrated the utmost respect for my aged mother and made a personal connection with her throughout the treatment process while in the hospital. He always included the family when describing his treatment course and was always willing to answer any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about him.
