OUTRAGED
For starter I am very satisfied with Dr. Teng professionalism and his nurse, but the clinic secretary is very inefficient, since despite I am a recurrent patiente and make my appointment 3 months in advance, once I got to the clinic she told me that currently Dr. Teng is not accepting my insurance card, so I asked her, why you didn't call me, and her answer was I am sorry. Another point to take into account is that if you want to make an appointment you have to call exactly at 8:00 AM otherwise you will have to go personally to the clinic to make it.

81 year old frustrated
Arrived on time to my appt. and found out they were closed. Someone yelled from inside the office to go away that they were closed. If I could give a minus start I would do it.

Sure the man doesn’t have the best bed-side manners, but I wouldn’t go as far as to call him rude. More importantly, he knows what he’s doing: went with a rare mango allergy rash and it took him ten minutes to figure it out, whereas 2 other professionals couldn’t help me.

First of all, the secretary was rushing through my paperwork just because i was the last appointment. She did not check my insurance, instead asked me how much do I have to pay. How am I supposed to know that....Second, when the doctor entered the room he didn't even introduce himself, instead he looked at me and said: "what are you doing here?". I told him about my concern and he just said:"oh, thats nothing, its not cancer." Would keep going but ran out of space.
