I really liked Dr Van Patten. I found him to be both caring and extremely knowledgeable. I went for my routine exam. However my husband had a very serious eye issue and we felt very confident working with Dr Van Patten. He was very thorough and ordered several tests and referral to a specialist; he made time in his busy schedule for daily appointments to start, then several times a week until he felt my hubby was improving. He really was wonderful.
