Unsafe practices to patients well-being
This office breaks what is know as the No Surprise Act passed in Florida in 2022 to protect people from marketing misleading amongst other safety measures. This office breaches the Good Faith Estimate clause, gas lights patients and their mental wellness concerns due to incorrect information of costs provided. They literally do whatever it takes to get you in the door on false misleadings of care services costs, they then blameshift their actions. A formal and detailed report is currently being filed with CMS.

Office staff is excellent
The office staff and the medical professionals are great. The administration is extremely poorly run. They changed your health insurance acceptance midyear when you are unable to make changes because of open enrollment.

Ventre sends your bill late to your home and charges you more money. He does not talk to you in the hospital just observes you and gives you medication. He will keep in the hospital until he uses up your health insurance and leave you with a hefty bill.

Very bad experience. If you are looking for a doctor that cares & has experience in treating patients with mental health issues. Then do not go to peter ventre. He is a liar and a pill pusher.
