Dr. Peter Wagner, DDS

Dr. Wagner is unprofessional and disrespectful. I was scheduled for a procedure and he immediately stated he wouldn’t perform it unless it was an emergency. It was an emergency a month prior, but it took a month to get in so the inflammation had gone down. He gave me information off the website, and spoke down to me. He didn’t communicate that he wouldn’t be performing the procedure with his staff, and everyone in his office was caught off guard (I signed everything and paid the fee). He said my procedure couldn’t be elective, but who asks for teeth issues (especially with two referrals)? If he had spoken to me kindly and respectful I wouldn’t of minded, but he was abrupt, rushing, and had no human element.

Abrupt manner. Numbing injection technique felt like he was dragging the needle throughout the area and was in a hurry. Didn’t speak to me after procedure but did wait- with his back to me at the door- to hear my muffled thank you. If it were not for his nurse who added the human factor, I would have been traumatized! (It was my first time with an oral surgeon.)
