Very poor ‘bedside mannerI’
Initially spent 10 minutes asking questions getting to know me and the other 10 entering history that I previously submitted multiple times via the portal or via phone with the pharmacist. Which would’ve been fine if she didn’t then say she didn’t have time park the allotted 20 min to review my needed medications-which was the whole purpose of needing the appointment for me as I had just switched insurances. Very disappointing and was not kind about it at all.
