Dr Shah is disappointing to work with. He actually asked me when I want to come back for a follow up. He asked if I wanted a rescue inhaler or a daily inhaler. I thought that was his job to determine that. No explanation of what is going on with me. In and out in 3 or 4 minutes. My first visit he forgot to call in my prescription.

Dr. Shah seemed to be a great physician, informing me of my care options and how to get my severe asthma under control. After some tests, he determined I needed oxygen at night, and 9 months later - I still do not have the oxygen machine and was forced to do the same test 7 times. each time the oxygen needed at night was increasing, as my asthma was worsening. I still do not have the oxygen and they have refused to answer or return my calls. Very unprofessional staff putting a black woman's life in danger because they can not send a prescription to the right place. (sent the oxygen prescription to Kroger back in March, got upset when I told them their mistake, and asked to fix it. They then "sent it to the right place" and 3 months later I still do not have my oxygen and they will not contact me.
