Dr. Phat Hoang, MD

Dr. Hoang was absolutely amazing and attentive to my concerns! He’s a family doctor to my in laws and my husband. He’s overall an excellent doctor to see!

Dr. Phat Hoang was an arrogant person who chose to ignore me, a patient, who came to request for healthcare services. So much understanding with the fellow country man! The front office consists of a lot of young unexperienced people who were very nice on the surface but could not do much in term of decisions. Blood test lab technician was not friendly, and I had to wait for a long time to get back the results which was in a bad printout format.

Dr. Hoang used to be the physician I would always see, but it has been years now since I have seen him. His PAs are good but it is a revolving door with them so you seldom see the same Dr.

i was seen today in Dr Hoang’s Avondale office. Dr Hoang has always been very attentive and professional. The front lobby Staff are so very welcoming. In the midst of a deep and personal loss sudden loss of my daughter 2 days orior i sought medical attention from my PCP office as was suggested by Phoenix Pilice Deoartment due to the sudden nature of my daughters untimely death. Family also encouraged seeking PCP support. I was experiencing extreme panic attacks and had not slept in over 24 hors. The female person who saw me walked into the room with introduction or eye contact. I explained what had brought me the and sje tesponded never looking up when i shared my daughter had tragically passed. Her respinse was uh huh. So that was two weeks ago. I corrected it was 2 days prior. She comtinued to ask questions about past medical heart issues. I explained the enormous shock and panic attacks. She drug tested me. I have a medical mari. card for my liver disease Included in GI records

Well, My friend and I have been seeing this doctor but he always seems to be busy to take care of many patients so he won't take time to listen to or remember your ongoing concern rather than recommending you preventive shots that is not your conern. He even forgot talking about the exam result that he had ordered before unless you mentioned it. When asked, he briefly explains it while leaving the room for other patients. He may be a good doctor but I feel like I can't rely on him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoang for over 8 years and he has been the most caring doctor I have ever been to. Not only is he caring, but so is his staff. I highly recommend his office to anyone.

I went to the Phoenix office and saw one of his other physicians and it was a miserable experience - the physician I saw was rude, dismissive, if not downright nasty and gave me a psych referral stating that everything was in my head. He did not listen to my concerns and in fact was downright incorrect in his assessment. I am still sick, still frightened and extremely humiliated. Never go here - it is horrible care!

I've been his patient over 12 years. He is an outstanding physician, eg spends optimum time with me, listens, experienced. Nothing negative. Dr Tran MD also treats me in his office. She is excellent too. Office Vietnamese speaking too and has large Vietnamese patient base. I feel fortunate that they treat me. The follow up is quick. Everyone friendly, professional and experienced. I see them regularly 50 times in two years have again been his patient since 2003
