Great doctor if need be they work with you when scheduling. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or wait times. When I call in the staff are attentive to my needs.

It has been several years since I saw him. I felt there was something in my ear, the Dr wanted to order a CT scan due to the fact I have had trouble before with this ear. So his office never called me with a CT schedule, I called them a couple of weeks later to remind them, never got a scan and I put Debrox in my ear and removed a yucky plug. Never went back.

Biggest complaint is these clueless people kept me in a waiting room for ONE HOUR before the dr spent 2 minutes OR LESS, checking my ears nose and throat. Ridiculous. No apology, pathetic. The wait was excruciating, the two minute “exam” was comical. Place is dingy. Highlight was the woman who brought me in from my truck.

The office was a pleasure to work with. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice office visit for a significant infection.

I absolutely love Dr. Anderson! He is an old school doctor that is actually interested in his patients. He spends time with you in order to learn what all is going on. The only reason I only gave him a four is because I have always had to wait about an hour.

Seems like a good doctor. Severely understaffed. Prepare to wait 30min or more in room before being seen by doctor. Needs another doctor to lighten load... Also appt times are couple weeks out at best. Simple CPAP referral will take you months to get to.
