Hip replacement
Dr Aurigema was precise and focused on my right hip replacement surgery. My recovery was fast and smooth I am heading in for my left hip replacement and will be back in the hands of Dr Aurigema whom I totally trust.

Dr. Aurigemma listens
I had suffered with hip pain for a long time but was hesitant to have surgery. Dr. Aurigemma listened and studied images I had taken. Another doctor had previously wanted to operate 10 years before on both hips. At that time, I hadn’t even gone in for hip but back pain. When I saw Dr. A., he felt with my range of motion, I could decide when I needed surgery. It turned out I didn’t even need any surgery on other hip at all! Surgery was over a year ago now and I am doing well. I had PT and continue to keep active. I would trust Dr. A. with any hip or knee surgery. He is honest, caring and a skilled surgeon.

I LOVE my replacement hip
Dr. Aurigemma did an excellent job listening to me, explaining my options, and supported my desire for both pre-op and post-op PT. It's been nearly a year since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with my replacement hip and freedom to move again. Lahey had a great team of people who arranged my appointments, helped with patient education, kept me sedated and safe during the procedure, helped me take my first near miraculous steps in recovery. Over the next month I had both in home and in clinic PT. I did my exercises and the results are well worth the effort. Dr. Aurigemma left a tidy scar and a big improvement in my life (and my family's lives). The hardest part was waiting several months because COVID limited staffing and hospital resources. I used the time for pre-op PT to strengthen my body before the surgery. Thanks.

Visit at LAHEY Hospital , terrible experience, rushed , wouldn’t read the MRI cd I brought , arrogant. Stay away
