My husband has chronic back pain (bulging disks) & appeared to further injure his back when bending over. First words out of his mouth were "I'm not here to manage your chronic pain." We specifically stated we did NOT want pain meds. We wanted to find out what was wrong. He did NOTHING for us. Claimed he was going to get my husband a shot, then sent a nurse in to put in an IV! We refused the IV AND the shot. His attitude was atrocious and we were told we did not belong in the ER and that he had some actual emergencies on the way. We ended up walking out! He stood at the door to see us out. Never got any discharge papers or anything. His treatment of us was abominable and we will be reporting this.

When my family member went into the ER in extreme pain he gave him 4 baby aspirin. He does not care about his patients well being and if they are in pain. He is heartless. You can't label everyone a drug seeker he made us feel like we were wrong to come to the ER for help. Terrible bedside manner.
