Last visit for awhile. Being treated for benign liver disease and IBS, etc. Dr. Joson always was kind, took his time to explain diseases, procedures that I needed to have, etc. Staff is dedicated and efficient.

Dr. Joson had apparently made a diagnosis when he entered the room. Due to this disinterest in the individual patient unnecessary surgeries and delay in correct treatment were the unfortunate outcome.

I got to the office at 8:40 - had a 9:00 appointment. The clerk told me to wait. She never called me up to register. I waited until 8:55 and went up to her again and then she registered me. At 9:00 the nurse took me into a room and I waited 35 minutes for the Doctor. Told the doctor about the wait time and he had an attitude. He said "thats the way it is". They should schedule better.
