Glad I found him
Recently moved back to PA and was having back issues, probably related to fusion surgery 15 years ago. Dr. Koehler looked at my MRI results and through an injection, some PT and a non-opiate prescription was able to provide a solution that has worked for many months. Highly recommend.

The Best!
Dr. Koehler has the best bed side manor! I instantly felt that I could trust him and felt comfortable with the plan for my L5 herniated disc. I felt as though he was my advocate from the first initial meeting. He took his time with me and was genuinely looking out for my best interest! He gave me 2 injections, I was extremely nervous, he walked me through each step of the procedure. That made a world of difference for me. I highly recommend Dr. Koehler!
