I needed a psychiatrist who could fine tune my meds for depression, anxiety, and insomnia. I found Dr. Korenman to be the perfect fit for me. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. I have referred friends to him with excellent results.

I started working with psychiatrists about two years ago, and by far Dr. Korenman has stood out as my favorite. I am sure personal preferences vary, so hopefully the pros/cons lists below help. 1. ONE-ON-ONE TIME: Dr. Korenman spends as much time needed with individuals 2. COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH: not just drugs, he helps you get connected with good support groups and counselors 3. PERSONALLY DEVOTED TO PATIENTS CONS: 1. PRICE (does not accept insurance)

I highly recommend Dr. Korenman to anyone needing his expertise and care. He's probably one of the best doctors in his field in Texas, who was referred to our daughter when she most needed attention.

Dr. Korenman is a very nice person, but just isn't that knowledgeable in some areas of psychiatry. I feel like he doesn't keep up with the latest advancements and tends to over-prescribe with the meds. He really does care though, and takes good care otherwise of his patients.

He is the kindest MD I have ever know, cares about my well-being holistically, not just the area in which he treats. Makes personal phone calls when needed.
