A doctor that cares
Dr. Neff is very empathetic and always look for a way to cheer up his patients and family member. He explain every single detail and cares. I am very thankful that he is my daughter's oncologist for the past 3 years and half. He is not there for the money, he genuinely cares for his patient and puts his heart into it. My daughter was treated by another oncologist prior to him and my experience was terrible since they were so cold at giving diagnosis and never heard my daughter's needs but Neff and his team are amazing! My daughter is blessed to have him as her doctor!

Amazing!
Like all the drs we have met at Dell, Dr Neff is amazing. He's a great doctor and is cheerful with the kids. He goes above and beyond in his care and jokes and plays with the kids. He even got tickets to a soccer game for my nephew who loves soccer and took time to talk to him about soccer. Grateful for him and other doctors as well as the whole team who takes care of him

Fantastic Doctor
Dr Neff is an outstanding doctor! He came in and spoke directly to my 17 year old. Full of humor, intelligence and kindness he took time to explain the particular diagnosis and all of its aspects in detail to my daughter. Giving both me and my daughter, absolute faith and understanding about the situation. extremely kind, empathetic and wonderful doctor with an amazing capacity to heal and advise. Feeling very grateful that we got to see him!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Neff. He speaks directly to my 15 year old son in a way that he engages. He takes the time to have a conversation beforehand about sports, life, you name it. He is so knowledgable and so approachable. I have absolute faith in him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Spent about two minutes with my child. Refused to discuss any alternative ideas. Stared at the chart for a white, ordered expensive tests, then said he didn't know what was causing the anemia. Obviously did not care at all about my child's health. Very expensive. Terrible nursing staff who do not know how to draw blood. Can't even express how terrible this experience was.
