Shockingly disagreeable - not medically, but humanly (which amounts to very unprofessional behavior). He accused me of ignoring him to read books while wewere together - completely untrue, though it is true that I had a small pile of books I had been thumbing through while waiting for him (A lengthy wait). I didn't not open these books during our conference. This accusation is so off the wall (and unneccessary) it makes me certain I am not the only patient he has gratuituously insulted. Indeed, I see he has a one star rating from both of the patients who have reviewed him. Now there is another one! This is really pathological behavior.

I have been seeing Dr. Pilgrim for many years now and he was fine for check ups but now that I am going through something that he has to treat it's been totally different! He and his support staff don't pay attention to what's going on in their own office and the messaging system that they want you to use. An appointment with him is pretty much a crap shoot, depending on his mood he could be nice and helpful or grouchy and rush you right out the door. Always you can count on a long story.
