I am 7 weeks post OP from a total knee replacement. I have been in almost constant pain since then. Prosapio doesn't give a crap. His PA, Molly is even worse. She is an unconcerned, condescending person who will tell you to suck it up. Even in the hospital, I had no pain relief. I had to to my family physician to get any treatment and to have my concerns heard. I would never see him again.

I would give Dr Prosapio a negative if I could. My father had a total hip replacement and a few days later his wound started to look infected. 8 weeks later after several calls of concern about an infected and painful leg. He's now in the ER with fever, dementia and severe pain. Where's Dr. P? Dad went into surgery for a hip REPLACEMENT and repair of a broken femur from the original surgery. We STILL have not heard one word from Dr. Prosapio OR his staff. I hope this doesn't happen to YOU!

March 13th of 1993 I was admitted to the St. Gabriels ER with traumatic injuries to my legs (the rest of me was a mess too) resulting from a mid-air collision at Camp Ripley a nearby military facility. My right leg had a tib-fib fracture and a nasty case of compartment syndrome. He advised it was 50/50 I would keep the leg and was very straight forward in helping me deal with a difficult situation. He saved my leg and approx. 2 1/2 years later I returned to flight status. He is extraordinary.
