Acoustic Neuroma
In 2023, Dr. Theo removed an acoustic neuroma.I woke up from anesthesia, with a headache. Starting at the back of my head, traveling to the top. When my husband or I would speak to his office, I would always ask is this normal. No answer. The first zoom meeting, a month out, Dr Theo tell me to stop all medications. By the 3 month, crying on zoom, again Dr. Theo dismissed my pain . By the 5th month zoom, I begged for a referral to the headache clinic . At this point, I trusted no one at UCSF . I moved to Stanford.Because Stanford did not do the initial surgery, it has been a long process. I cannot tell you how many calls and emails to Dr Theo’s office we made the first 5 months. We called or emailed almost daily. At one I googled pain after surgery. Google came up with aseptic meningitis. He put me on steroids and never saw me. I have had a headache for 2 years and about to have my 3rd surgery. What is most disappointing is Dr. Theo dismissed my pain. I suggest going to Stanford.

Dr Theodosopoulos gave me info on what needs to be done. He couldn't give me any specifics yet, though. Have to wait for another doctor to contact me.

Best Doctore
Also saved my life. Forever grateful. 10/10: would recommend. Kindest doctor I've met...if you've had a bad experience in this mess of a healthcare system, Dr. T will make you believe in it again.

Dr. Theo literally saved my life. My surgery was incredibly complex, and had only a 40% chance of not resulting in serious neurological damage. Not only did he and his team successfully complete the nearly 11 hour surgery, but they did so with nearly no unexpected side effects.

Dr. "T" as he often called has done two surgeries on me and I hope no others to come. However, if necessary, I would not hesitate to go through another with him. Because he seems to have a great deal of faith in his abilities, that makes me feel the same about him. One of the greatest doctors ever! His staff is also very capable and helpful. If I have questions, they are fast to get back to me with answers! What more could a patient want??

I found Dr.Theodosopoulos to be very genuine, compassionate, understanding, extremely competant thorough and patient not to forget very intelligent. He explained the most complex, and complicated problem in very basic language and terms to myself and family members regarding my severe brain condition and surgery.Through out my medical history I have come across many doctors with different specialties and he truly has the best bed side manners. You will be in the best hands with Dr Theodosopoulos.
