Dr. Tuilio has been amazing during my dad's recent illness He has taken the time to listen to all related problems and has provided excellent care. He is very attentive and patient and treats patients with dignity and respect. He has been instrumental in providing some comfort and relief during a very difficult time

I cannot overemphasize the impeccable skills and knowledge, along with the excellent bedside manner, demonstrated by Dr. Phil Tulio throughout the whole process of my visits. In the preliminary visits, Dr. Tulio was very meticulous and detailed in explaining procedures. The staff were equally efficient and supportive from start to finish. Dr. Tulio is such a unique, methodical, techno-savvy, super skilled and best of all, a genuinely caring internist. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
