He and his staff are lovely people, except the phone system is awful, I can neve leave a mesage or question.

Yes, I would recommend him to family and friends. Sometimes but not often pre-pandemic I had to wait not longer than 30 minutes to see him at a scheduled office appt. But that was because an earlier patient took a longer time for his/her visit. When extra time was warranted for my needs Dr. M did not rush me either and took the extra time with me. Because I work full time, most often I take a last appt. in the afternoon either by phone (post-pandemic) or in person (pre-pandemic) and that last appointment in the day is most likely to be delayed. Post-pandemic he is always prompt to call me at my scheduled time. I like talking to him by phone; it's efficient and I don't have to miss work or leave work early and do not have a drive time to his office and back to mine. Dr. M. has only 1 assistant in his office, so she has a big load to handle with appointments and RX refills. The "no refills on Friday policy" in effect is a good idea--it probably prevents overdoses or carelessness.

Dr. Martineau listens to me and helps me to get my meds correct. His staff is nice and the wait is never very long.

Dr Martineau & his staff have always been lovely to me. I’d tried other psychologists before but was never comfortable with them so I wouldn’t follow up. Dr. Martineau is very kind & is easy to speak with about topics I’d rather not discuss. I appreciate his care very much. My life has changed for the best under his care

Dr. Martineau Is an excellent Doctor. He helped my daughter to get back on her feet. He tried to help me with my son. Unfortunately, my son refused to admit he has depression; therefore, he did not go back. I would like to find some way to make him go back.

If I could provide NO STARS I WOULD. The staff is incompetent and clearly don’t understand English. I was only 7 minuets late for my appointment and it was cancelled because she said I was 30 minutes late! Unbelievable! Service is poor, customer service is terrible and just disrespectful.
