Continuing Care
After some concerning test results, my primary care doctor sent me to Dr. Brackin. I was counseled on how to better prepare for tests. He has been monitoring my health for a few years and I feel better about that. He may be all business during a visit, but that is appreciated when you don't have to wait too long to be seen.

Dr Brackin saved my life! Eleven years ago he informed me I had "prostate cancer" and my only choice was a radiation or do nothing. I opted for the radiation and here I am with prostate readings of 0.4%! He's the best!!!

My primary care physician recently referred me to Dr. Brackin Jr. and after reading some of the comments/reviews here I have to admit that I had my fair share of concerns which caused me some anxiety. However, I'm very happy to say that after meeting with Dr. Brackin Jr. I was very pleased with my experience. I found the Dr. to have a very kind and caring manner and after my initial exam he took the time to explain my conditions and the medications which he was recommending. His office staff was very polite and helpful to me and I have no complaints whatsoever.

He didn't really help, seemed disinterested, and I always felt rushed. The nurse practitioner in that office has a better bedside manner but I gave up and went to someone else who better fits my needs.

My 94 year old mom went to Dr Bracken. I was so appalled by how disrespectful and arrogant he was towards her. He misdiagnosed her, prescribed wrong medications. and recommended surgery. I got mom to a new urologist and she has improved and is doing well. The new urologist did not recommend any thing Bracken said to do and did not recommend urodynamics testing for someone her age! He just wants to line his pockets! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!

A rabid dog probably has bed side manner better than this. Also the office staff is rude and obnoxious. II will never listen to my Primary’s recommendation again do your own research look online there a five-star urologists in Hamilton. Go there

Dr Braken is straight and to the point. You get in , your treated and you leave. If you wish a lot of conversation go somewhere else and wait 2 hours in the waiting room.

Let's just say I'm not happy with the way I was treated. I called for a follow up appt after the hospital and he did not want to see me even after I told them I had questions and concern. Just sad.

10/31/2016 Let's forget about the fact that he misdiagnosed me. He asked me a bunch of questions when I repeatedly said "no" to most of them. So he says, "yeah you have classic symptoms of..." and sent me on my way. I got a second opinion, and I was told something different. I returned to him, and he and his assistant were VERY rude to me. They kept insisting without further explanation that I had a certain issue. They didn't bother to do any urine or prostate exams, no cultures or anyt
