Never really scheduled an appointment beforehand, always calls and texts when he can. Then he ends up sending bills for these impromptu phone calls. Very outdated methods. Only uses outdated ways to collect psychiatric history. Only uses snail mail and that is extremely delaying for progress. I have seen him for 3 months, none except the first session was a scheduled call. It's extremely clear to me that Dr. Phil Cohen doesn't care anymore about how he conducts his practice. It took another impromptu phone call when I'm in the middle of going through a busy day to realize he doesn't care about the well being of his clients too.
