Dr. Darragh is charming, but I don’t think he listens or knows me from any other patient. He is diagnosis began with a cortisone shot which did nothing, ordered custom orthotics which still do not fit. I ordered a second 3/4 pair in hopes that they might fit better. After 2 follow up calls, they told me they were never ordered. On the third follow up call I was told they came in 5 days prior. I have been waiting over 2 months for them. My first appointment was 5 months ago and there is no improvement, both in patient customer service, nor my feet. I will most definitely find a new doctor.

I have honestly gotten better service at the DMV. I truly don't know how a business can operate like this, especially one that is offering medical care. I was prescribed a medication that I learned almost immediately wasn't covered by my insurance. I called the office for assistance with getting a different one, and was told they would leave a note for the doctor. I never got a response, so I called again. I then called weekly for a month, basically begging for help. Every response was, "we'll leave a note for the doctor." Then on my own, I found a manufacturer coupon that brought the cost down to $130 out-of-pocket but was only valid at a specific chain of pharmacies. I called the office again to ask that the prescription be transferred to a qualifying pharmacy so I could finally start treatment. "We'll leave a note for the doctor." After six weeks of hearing absolutely nothing, I’ve given up. I work in customer service and can't imagine providing this horrific level of service, and I'm not providing anything near as important as medical care.

The wait time at the office was excessive. My follow-up calls have been met with empty promises, leaving me very frustrated. I am continuously told that my request will be forwarded to the doctor, then silence. The front office is not professional at all.

Pathetic
Dr Darragh is a nice guy. He may even be a reasonable podiatrist. However the staff are incredibly inefficient. To be honest, they constantly blame the doctor for things not getting ordered or for not refunding deposits they required. Extremely unprofessional. Sadly the buck stops with the leader and that’s Dr Darragh. I write this review because I am tired of making phone calls. Getting promises of calls back from the “manager”. I have literally called over 10 times for 2 issues - simple balls that they have dropped. Nobody has had the professional courtesy to follow through. I too am a Doctor. I too own and run my own practices. My staff would be fired and I would shut down if I were this inefficient and unprofessional.

He made some minor adjustments to my 20 year-old orthotics. Huge difference. He did not try and sell me a new pair.

Dr. Darragh is outstanding. He handled me with good care. When I first came in, I was in excruciating pain. I was given a shot and miraculously, the pain went away. He took time with me and answered every question I had thoroughly.
