Dr Menashe is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He's so attentive and caring with my mother and he listens to her. But unfortunately his front office staff we drive over 30 minutes for an appointment and this is the second time that we showed up for our appointment only to be told we didn't have one but we verified that we had an appointment. And even after showing her that I had received two inbound calls about my mom's appointment. I was told they don't make calls. Which in turn she's saying I'm a liar but there's absolutely no way I could have faked inbound calls from their office. One appointment I made right there at the desk she gave me a card but when we got there on the appointment date they claimed my mother didn't have an appointment so an hour round trip for that type of incompetence is just not worth it. We love Dr Menashe. But his staff basically telling me that somehow I'm lying about my mother having an appointment when they called me. I showed her that both of those calls were inbound they came to me. She was like well it's not anyone from our office. So I asked her does he have another office and she said no. So then who was calling us. And then she seems surprised when I told her thank you but we're just going to go find a new pulmonologist. Then she was like well if you want to wait till 4:00 I'll see if he can fit you in. No, we had an appointment that you verified. So this is an excusable. I really feel like they should reimburse us for the two trips that we made out there and then we're told we didn't have an appointment. Unexcusable. I don't even know if the doctor knows that his staff is doing this kind of stuff. So I'm not going to punish him for his incompetent front office staff.

I miss this wonderful physician tremendously! He's been my lung guy for years, then made a move from WA to AZ. I recommend him very highly to everyone. As mentioned by others, he's patient, doesn't rush, provides the best med options. Phoenix got lucky getting this man. I give him a 10! He also was my son's doc and he appreciated the care given as well.

1)I wish I could give them a higher rating. Starting with Mary the receptionist who sent the paperwork in advance and made a follow up call before my visit to make sure I got them. Well Done. She thinks outside the box. 2)I was greeted with proper CDC guidelines to lessen anyones exposure. 3)Kendra was knowledgeable and fast. The wait time was minimal. 4)I noticed that the rooms were visibly marked clean rooms as in disinfected so you could relax that no one prior to you was in that room. 5)Doctor Phillip Menashe was GREAT! Funny, fact-filled, listened well and did not jump to answer what he thought you were going to ask but rather he actually let you finish what you had to say. He explain things well and allowed you to feel like you were part of your own recovery. All in all I feel as though I can thoroughly trust them all!

Dr Menashe has been terrific! I was experiencing sever respiratory distress that my regular PCP was not able to get under control after 3 weeks of treatment! Without ever seeing me before, Dr. Menashe made immediate arrangements to see me early before his normal appointments to help me. His prescribed medicines started to help me immediately. Within a week I was 90% better. Dr. Menashe's follow-up of my recovery has been thorough and with thoughtfulness! He never rushes through any of my follow-ups and has always made me feel an important patient. His staff caries through with the the same warmth and sense of caring. I can not thank Dr. Menashe enough for how he has taken care of me!!!!

Finally - a professional who listened and gave me the correct, comprehensive diagnosis that has made me feel so much better! Such a relief after 10 years of struggling with my breathing and receiving only 'generic' diagnoses ! Kind, smart, listens to you, a caring staff and hopeful treatments for my condition! Thank you so much!
