Dr. Phillip Richardson, DPM

My first visit was scheduled 2 weeks out. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and was told Dr Richardson called in sick and the front desk made another appointment. Again 2 weeks out. I arrive at the appointment 30 minutes early. Kate, the front desk gal, kept typing o her computer for quite a while.i asked her if anything was wrong. She told me my appointment had been canceled. I inquired who cancelled the appointment and was told the front desk girl who made the appointment also cancelled it. Kate went back to see if I could be squeezed in. NO such luck. Dr Richardson said they were too booked up to see me. Never ever will I drive 30 minutes to see this physician again. The front desk staff are uncaring and Dr Richardson obviously doesn’t care about his patients either.

Dr. Richardson is compassionate and professional. I've broken my foot, and the whole time I felt we are on the same team. He doesn't talk down to you and explains everything clearly, and works to have the best data, even if it means getting one more xray or MRI, so he can make the best, most informed decision.
