He needs to find a new job
People who go to the ER deserve better. Dr. Bialecki 'patient profiles' and only treats the patients he deems worthy. Is that because he's lazy? or incompetent? or both?He patronizingly patted me on the shoulder and told me my case was too complicated for the ER (basically wrote me off as a mental case) and wrote a script for an anti-anxiety med. What I needed was antibiotics. Turns out what was too complicated for him was a UTI... a confused senior citizen with a UTI. Recommendations for the doctor:If you are going to complain about the patients, do it far enough away they can't hear you. I clearly heard you say, 'I'm so sick of people using the ER as a psych ward.' People with mental health problems can get physically ill and are just as deserving of medical treatment. If you don't want to deal with people with mental health problems, don't work in an ER.Do everyone a favor, including yourself, and find another job.

I saw Dr Bialecki in the ER for a severe panic attack. He initially came in the room when I arrived and asked me why I came to the ER and didn’t just call my family dr. Then began scolding me for seeking emergency medical care and physically confronted my husband. I would NEVER recommend this dr. He made my situation worse. We reported to the staff in charge and he did apologize, but that is no way to treat a patient no matter how minor their situation may seem! I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!
