My spouse and I researched many dermatologists to take my mom with Alzheimer's to. We are SO glad we did. The whole team at Dr. Rich's is amazing - from scheduling to follow-ups. Very communicative, helpful, and caring. We were lucky to see Dr. Jill Moore. She treated my mom with the respect due to any human and quickly came to understand my mom's unique needs due to her dementia. She spoke to us as if she were treating her own parent, which was just what we needed. We were able to have a suspicious growth removed on the first visit, as well as other needed testing. We promptly received results from the biopsy within a few days. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who is in charge of a family member who cannot advocate for themselves.

I love to go to Dr. Phoebe Rich's clinic. Several years ago I was involved in a clinical research, from which I probably benefited more that the office. Since then I stayed as a patient and have nothing but great things to say. Friendly staff, caring physicians who take time and explain everything. Best dermatology office in town.

I have been coming to Oregon Dermatology and Research Center for over 10 years now. I love them. The entire staff, from Dr. Phoebe Rich to Jill Moore, Dr. Anna Hare- are great and each has helped me out with very specific issues that they specialize in. HOWEVER, Amy Simpson, PA-C has been the provider that has seen me most over my decade of coming to this clinic. She is extremely intelligent, but her warmth, caring and empathy round everything out so that you can tell her anything, which only helps you in the process of finding cures for all kinds of skin problems. I have many co-morbidities (things wrong with me). But, I also have a very rare terminal cancer that wreaks havoc with my skin - some in way's I'd not seen since I was in jr. high. I developed these absolutely enormous cysts on my face that had been dormant for over 35 years. She got me completely cured in just under six weeks. I was just blown away. This is one of the most recent things she has helped me with. But she also

There should be a "higher" rating for Dr Rich and her staff; caring, consistent care no matter what procedure. Truly remarkable.

I was thrilled to get an appointment with a dermatologist so quickly. My experience in the office was pleasant from reception to intake to meeting the doctor (a new doc - Dr. Anna Hare - and having a minor procedure. From this first experience, I would recommend this clinic.

Dr Rich and crew were fabulous. They listened to my concerns, dug into lot of details, and educated me with some pretty cool paper napkin science pictures - all of which was every bit helpful. The nail biopsy was well done, and I had good instructions to take care of it at home. Appreciate all the help, and the end-of-the-procedure rocking photo with the pinky! :)

Dr. Rich was wonderful with both of my kids. She talked and played with them snd really made them feel comfortable. She knew right away what the problem was just by looking at a photo I had taken. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. You can tell that Dr. Rich is an expert in her field.

I have had nail psoriasis since a child confirmed by several dermatologists and lab tests, nail scrapings and clippings. My nail psoriaisis only responds to cortizone injections, not topical creams. I have had this condition and have been getting nail injections from my teenage years and now Im in my 40s. Dr. Rich dismissed my medical history, did not listen, and argued against my 40 years of medical history. Horrible bedside manner.
